Lactonova Nutripharm Pvt. Ltd. is based over at Plot No-81(3) in the Ida Mallapur area. It is a busy industrial spot, and getting here every morning involves a lot of traffic through Uppal, especially near the main crossroads. The air is often a bit dusty because of all the factories around us in this part of the Rangareddy district. We spend most of our day inside the building. It is a practical space, nothing fancy at all. There are boxes stacked in the corners and the constant hum of machines running in the background. Most of us have worked here for a long time now. The Telangana heat can be pretty bad in the summer, so we keep the old fans going all day to stay cool. Lunch is usually just tiffins brought from home. We sit in the small break area and talk about the news or our families. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just have to wait it out.
