Thexa Pharma Pvt. Ltd. - Unit Ii is situated out in Kolukulpally Village, which is part of the Madgul Mandal in the Rangareddy District. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the main parts of Telangana, but it is much quieter than the city. The facility sits on Sy. No. 40/13, and it is pretty much a standard setup for a pharmaceutical unit. We have our daily routines that start early in the morning when the sun is just coming up over the fields. There is a lot of space out here, which is nice compared to being cramped in an industrial estate. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages or they commute in from the district hub. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure the batches are moving along as they should. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the task at hand. There is nothing very flashy about the building; it’s a solid structure built for work. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and talk about how the crops are doing in the surrounding land. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the production schedule without much fuss or drama.
