You can find us at 214/B on the second floor of Panchwati Plaza. We are on Kutchery Road in Ranchi, right opposite the Jaipal Singh Stadium. Being on the second floor means customers have to walk up, but it gives a nice view of the stadium and the street below. Ranchi weather is usually nice, but when it rains, Kutchery Road gets very muddy and busy. I’ve been running Venus Body & Beauty Care for several years. It started as a small idea and grew into this shop. The plaza is quite an old building now, so it has its quirks, like the elevator sometimes being slow or the hallways being a bit dim. We have a regular group of ladies who come in every month. We don’t do a lot of advertising; it’s mostly just people telling their friends about us. I spend a lot of time on my feet, going from one chair to another. The shop has a few mirrors and some basic equipment for skin and hair work. We keep it simple and practical. I think being near the stadium helps because everyone knows where that is. Dealing with the daily chores of running a shop in Ranchi can be tiring, but I like the independence. It’s just a normal local business where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks in for a bit of grooming and a chat.
