You can find us over in Ratu at the Etwar Bazar in Ranchi. We are located at Ramchandra Prasad’s place, right in the middle of all the market action. Being in a bazar means there is always noise and people shouting and trucks trying to get through the narrow lanes. We deal with organic foods. Most of our time is spent looking at grains and vegetables and making sure they are stored right. It is not a shiny, clean office job. There is a lot of dust from the bags and the floor is always covered in something. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a lot of work to do every day. The weather in Jharkhand can be unpredictable with the heavy rains, and that affects how we move our stock around. We are just a small group of guys who know how to handle produce. We don't have fancy uniforms or a logo on everything. It is a practical business run out of a busy market area. We spend our mornings talking to farmers and our afternoons moving heavy sacks. It is a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the inventory. We just do our best to keep things organized in a place that is naturally a bit chaotic and loud. The market stays busy from morning until late at night, so there is always noise outside our doors. We just keep our heads down and handle the bags as they come in.
