Ultimate Red Chilli

We have our place, Ultimate Red Chilli, right on Kanke Road in Ranchi. We are tucked in near the Reliance Mart, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being so close to the mart means there is always people walking past our door. The shop itself is pretty simple. We have a kitchen area and some space for people to wait or sit down for a bit. It’s not a five-star dining room, just a local spot where the food is the main thing. The walls are painted a bright color, though it’s starting to fade a little near the stove. I usually handle the orders while the cooks stay busy with the pans. It gets hot in there, especially in the middle of the day. We use a lot of spices, so the air usually has a bit of a kick to it. We don't bother with fancy plating or expensive tablecloths. We just put the food out and let people get to it. Most of our customers are folks who are tired after doing their weekly shopping and want something quick to eat. We’ve been on Kanke Road for a while now and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we are still here doing our thing every day. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. If you're walking by the mart, you'll probably smell the chili in the air.
