Rohith Empire Realtors Private Limited is our little company over near Jayprakash Nagar. We are located in the Bariatu and Kokar area, specifically at Fagua Munda’s place in Ward Number 6. It’s a pretty active part of Ranchi. We handle a lot of different realtor tasks, from looking at land plots to helping with property transfers. We’ve been here for a while and we know the streets around Bariatu quite well. It’s not a huge operation with dozens of employees. It’s just a few of us who grew up around here and decided to get into the real estate business. We don't use a lot of fancy words. We just tell people the facts about the properties we’re working with. Some days the office is quiet and we just catch up on filing. Other days, we’re out all morning visiting sites and talking to sellers. We like the variety of the work. It’s practical and it keeps us connected to the community. People know they can just stop by the house if they have a question. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our clients. It’s been working fine for us so far. We just try to be helpful and stay honest about what we can do. It’s a decent living and we like the independence it gives us. We keep at it every single day.
