Four Pillars Realtors

The office is on the main road, right near the IDBI Bank. It’s very easy to find because most people use the bank as a landmark when they are giving directions. We’ve been at Four Pillars Realtors for a while, just handling whatever real estate questions come our way from the local community. Being on the main road means there is always something going on outside our door. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work or the market. It’s not a huge office, just a simple place where we keep our files and meet folks who want to look at land or houses nearby. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or we run out of tea, but we manage to get things done. We spend a good chunk of the day on the phone or driving out to see different properties in the area. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is really hot or it’s raining, but it’s what we do. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything fancy. Most of our work comes from people just walking in because they saw our sign while going to the bank. We listen to what they need and see if we have any listings that fit. It is a very straightforward way of doing business without any pressure. We just focus on the local area and making sure the details are right before anyone signs anything.
