Reliable Pharma

Reliable Pharma is out in the Hehal area of Ranchi, right on Itki Road. We are quite close to the City Trust Hospital, so a lot of our customers come over after they have been to see a doctor there. The shop is filled with shelves from top to bottom, mostly packed with all kinds of medicines, syrups, and bandages. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a delivery in and have to find space for all the new boxes. We spend a good chunk of the day just checking prescriptions and counting out pills for people. It is a busy road, and there is always some noise from the trucks and cars passing by. We have a small counter where people stand to talk to us. It’s not a fancy pharmacy with bright neon lights, just a practical shop that’s been here for some time. We try to keep the most common medicines in stock so people don't have to go searching all over town. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use the backup, but we manage. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so we know many of the regulars by name. It’s just us doing our bit to make sure the locals in Hehal can get their medicine without too much trouble. We just keep things moving and stay focused on the work.
