We are located in Ranchi, specifically in the New A G Colony area of Kadru. Our address is care of R L Singh at house number 17. It’s a residential part of town, so things are usually pretty quiet around here. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Being in Jharkhand means we deal with a lot of local matters and the pace is a bit different than the big metros. The office itself is part of a regular house, which makes it feel quite grounded. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, mostly just scheduled visits and mail coming in. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We handle our pharmaceutical-related tasks without making much noise. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and it’s a nice place to walk around during lunch. Sometimes the rain in Ranchi can get pretty heavy and we have to make sure the roof isn't leaking, but we manage. We aren't big on showy office furniture; we use what we have and keep it functional. It’s just a steady, everyday kind of workplace where we try to stay on top of our duties. We’ve been at this spot for years and it feels like home to most of us. Most of the furniture is just plain wood and we have some old fans that keep the air moving during the summer months. It is a very simple way of doing business without any corporate flair.
