Shiv Pharma

Shiv Pharma is located right by the Dena Bank in Hinoo. It is a busy area, so there is always someone walking past or stopping in. We have been in this spot for a while now. The space is filled with racks of medicines, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We keep it simple here. No big signs or flashing lights, just a board with the name on it. Most of the day is spent checking prescriptions and pulling bottles from the shelves. Hinoo is a good place to be because everything is close by. Sometimes the bank customers come in after they finish their business next door. We keep a notebook for special orders if someone needs a specific medicine we don't usually stock. It usually takes a day or two to get those in. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us read the labels clearly. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a lot of standing and walking around behind the counter. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It feels like we are part of the daily routine for people living around here. There is nothing complicated about how we run things at our little shop. We just stay open and serve the customers.
