We operate out of Flat C-2 in Rajshree Appartment, which is on Road No-1A in Basant Vihar. It’s a regular apartment, not a fancy glass office building. We deal with food products, mostly focusing on things that feel a bit more traditional. The name itself hints at that, though we don't like to over-explain things. We just wanted to provide food that isn't full of junk. It’s a small operation, just a couple of rooms turned into a workspace. Basant Vihar is a calm neighborhood, so it’s a good place to focus on work without too much distraction. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons making sure everything gets packed up right. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the specific flat, but we usually just wave them down from the balcony. We aren't doing any big TV commercials or anything. We rely on people telling their friends if they liked what they bought. It’s more personal that way. We've had our share of mistakes, like getting the labels printed wrong once, but we fix things as we go. We don't have a big corporate ladder, just a few people working together. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the local vibe of the area. It feels like we are part of the community here rather than just some distant company. That's how we prefer it, anyway.
