Nss Academy (Opc) Private Limited is situated over in Lalpur, which is one of the more active parts of Ranchi. Our office is in the Uma Arcade on Circular Road. It’s the space care of Sunil Kumar Singh, whose family has been around the area for a long time. We are right there in the middle of all the shops and other businesses. Finding a parking spot on Circular Road is basically a nightmare, so we usually tell people to park a bit further away and walk. The academy itself is just a few rooms where we handle our daily business and teaching. It gets a bit loud outside with all the traffic and horns, but once you’re inside Uma Arcade, it’s a bit quieter. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning up the desks. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We've been in Ranchi-834001 for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The building is older but it serves our purposes well enough. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy waiting area with magazines. It’s just a practical space for work. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the dust from the road comes in. It feels like a real part of the city life here.
