New Taj And Taj Medico

You can find us right on Bariatu Road in Ranchi, sitting right beside Alam Hospital. Being next to a big hospital means things stay pretty busy around here most of the time. There is always a lot of movement on this road with ambulances and people coming and going. The shop itself is called New Taj and Taj Medico. It is a bit of a small space, but we have managed to fit a lot of shelves in there to keep all the supplies. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft music playing, just the usual sounds of the street and the humming of the fridge where some medicines are kept. The floor is just plain tiles and the counter has seen better days, but it does the job. Usually, the morning starts with us cleaning the dust off the front glass because the road outside is quite dusty. Most people who come in are either going to the hospital or just coming out of it. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood too. It is a simple life running a shop on this side of town. Sometimes we sit on the small stools behind the counter when there is a lull in the crowd. It’s a practical spot for a pharmacy, and we just focus on getting through the list of things people need. It stays noisy until late, but we are used to the Bariatu traffic.
