You will find us on the fourth floor of Sai Tower, which is located on Circular Road in Ranchi. We are right in the Burdwan Compound area. Being on the fourth floor means we are pretty high up, so it stays a bit away from the direct noise of the traffic below. Circular Road is a major artery in Ranchi, so it’s always packed with people and vehicles. Sai Tower is a well-known building, so most rickshaw drivers can get you here without any trouble. Our setup is quite basic. We have several rooms and an area where people can sit and wait. The lift works most of the time, but we usually suggest people just use it for going up. The rooms are filled with chairs and we’ve got boards on every wall. It’s a busy environment. We start early and the place doesn’t really get quiet until late at night. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space. We’ve got a lot of files and books stacked up in the corners. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished corporate showroom. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people every single day, and we’ve just gotten into a rhythm of how things work here in the tower. The view from the windows shows the rooftops of Ranchi, which is quite nice during the monsoon when the rain hits the glass.
