You can find Mint Pharma over in Elahi Baksh Colony, specifically on Road No.13 in Khora Toli. We are right near the Tayida Masjid, so it is a landmark most people in the neighborhood use to find us. The shop isn't very large, but we utilize the space well to fit all the stock. We opened up here because there weren't many places nearby for medicine. It stays fairly quiet in the mornings, which gives us time to organize the new arrivals and check the expiry dates on everything. My brother and I take turns sitting here throughout the day. We have a small desk where we handle the billing and a couple of fans to keep the place cool during the summer months. Living nearby makes it easy for us to open early and stay until late evening. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on lately, but we try to keep the glass counters clean. We usually have a chat with the people who stop by; it is more like a community spot than just a store. We don't do any big advertising or anything fancy. People just know we are here by the masjid and they come when they need something. It’s a straightforward life running a pharmacy in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is nothing complicated, just a small local business.
