Melium Estates Private Limited

We started Melium Estates Private Limited at Kamal Villa on Haider Ali Road. It’s in the Kokar area of Ranchi. We like it here because it’s central but still has its own character. Our office is basically a few rooms where we handle all our estate business. It’s nothing fancy, just desks, some chairs, and plenty of files. We focus on property around the Kokar and GPO areas mostly. Dealing with estates can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm in Jharkhand. We just want to do good work for the people who come to us. Usually, it’s someone from the neighborhood or a friend of a friend. We don't do much advertising; we just stay busy with the work that comes our way. Haider Ali Road is a good spot to be. We see a lot of familiar faces every day. Sometimes we grab a tea and talk shop with the other local business owners. It’s a nice way to work. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything like that. We just explain things as they are. If a deal is good, we say so. If it’s complicated, we explain why. It’s just honest work in a place we know well. We take pride in just being reliable and getting things finished.
