Mecon Ltd

Over at M-26/27 in Shyamli Colony, Doranda, is where Mecon Ltd is set up. This is in Ranchi, Jharkhand, for those who are keeping track of the locations. Having two units like M-26 and M-27 gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it is still quite packed with all the paperwork we have to keep. Doranda is a busy part of the city, but inside the colony, it stays relatively calm. We have a routine that we follow every day. It starts with opening up the place, getting the fans running, and checking what came in the mail. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of big words or fancy slogans. We just tell people we are here and we are working. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for the most part. We have our lunches together and talk about things other than work sometimes. It makes the day go by faster. The Jharkhand weather can be unpredictable, with sudden rain showers that make us run to close the windows, but we like it here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up and put in the hours. It is a very local way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. We are just a bunch of colleagues trying to keep things moving in the 834002 area without making a big deal of it.
