Manoj Caliber

Manoj Caliber is located on Circular Road in Ranchi, quite close to the Women’s College. Being near the college means there is always a lot of energy and movement on the street outside. Our place is in the 834001 zip code area, so it's quite central for everyone. We have been running things here for a good while. The setup is pretty basic with some tables and chairs arranged for the students. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but it’s often too noisy to keep open for long. Most of us here have worked in education in Ranchi for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place. We just provide a space where people can come and focus. The office area is often cluttered with piles of books and folders. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have any scripted speeches when parents come in to talk to us. We just tell them how things are and what we do. Sometimes the tea lady comes around in the afternoon, which is the highlight of our day. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We value the time we spend with our students and just take things one day at a time, without any of that polished business talk.
