We have computers that hum all day and a lot of maps and charts on the walls. Ranchi is a decent place to work. The air is a bit cooler than some other cities. We mostly focus on the technical details that keep the plants running. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking numbers. Nobody here wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We’re more comfortable in plain shirts. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. We’ve been in Doranda for quite a while now. The building is older, with heavy doors and those big windows that don't always open right. We just come in, do the technical work, and go home. It’s a living. We don’t make a big deal out of it. It’s just about getting the engineering right so the steel gets made for the company. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day. It's just a job that needs doing.
