I operate out of 15 P in the Kokar Industrial Area of Ranchi. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on nearby, whether it’s trucks moving or machines running. It’s a practical place to be. My name is Kamal Kumar Goenka and this is where I handle all my business affairs. The office isn't about looks; it’s about having a place to sit down and get things organized. I spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to suppliers or checking on how things are moving along. The air in Kokar is different than the rest of the city, more heavy with the sound of work. I like it that way because it reminds me to keep moving. I don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know the ropes. We go through a lot of paperwork every week, making sure every detail is looked at. It’s not the kind of job that ends when the clock strikes five. Often I’m here late, just finishing up one last thing before heading home. People know they can reach me here if they need something done right. I’ve lived in Ranchi my whole life and seen the industrial area grow and change. My spot at 15 P is my corner of that world. I don't need a polished office in a glass building. This place suits me just fine for what I do every day.
