Gajanand Realtors Private Limited is based right near the Ram Mandir in Garikhana. We are tucked away in a by-lane off Cart Sarai Road in Upper Bazar. It’s a busy part of Ranchi, always full of life and noise. We operate out of Kamakhya Singh’s place. We’ve been doing real estate work for a while now, mostly focusing on the local market here. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our office if you aren't from around here, but once you find the temple, it’s easy. We aren’t a big corporate office. It’s just us doing the daily grind of checking titles and meeting buyers. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking through the lanes of U. Bazar. The paperwork is a big part of it, and we try to stay on top of everything. People come to us because we’ve been in the neighborhood a long time. We don’t use shiny brochures. We just talk to folks and tell them what’s available. Sometimes we have a lot of listings, other times it’s a bit slow. That’s just the nature of the business in Ranchi. We like being in the thick of it. The area has a lot of history, and we enjoy seeing how it changes over the years. We just keep doing our thing, one day at a time. It’s hard work but we are used to the hustle now.
