Five Star Hair Cutting

We are located right on the Main Road in Hatia, Ranchi. It’s a very busy spot because of all the traffic going through Hatia. The name might sound a bit fancy, but we are just a regular hair cutting shop. We’ve been here in this part of Ranchi for years. The shop has seen the road change a lot over time. There’s always dust from the construction and the cars, so I have to wipe down the mirrors multiple times a day. We have the usual stuff—barber chairs, some spray bottles, and a few old magazines. Men come in after work or on their day off. Hatia is a loud place, so you can always hear the buses honking outside while you get your hair cut. I don't use any fancy machines, just my hands and the tools I’ve used for a decade. Some people have been coming to me since they were little boys. Now they bring their own kids. It’s not a big air-conditioned place, but we have a good fan and we do the job right. I don't believe in overcomplicating things. You come in, tell me what you want, and I do it. Sometimes we talk about the local market or the train schedules since the station isn't too far. It’s a honest way to earn a living in Ranchi.
