We set up Bhole Kripa Estate (Opc) Private Limited a while back. We're based over in Hinoo, specifically at Baleshwar Ram's place in the P.H.E.D Colony in Saket Nagar. It’s a quiet spot. Mostly, we just handle property things around here. It isn't a huge office with a lot of fancy signs or anything. Just us working through paperwork and meeting people who need help with land or houses. Some days are busier than others. We spend a lot of time talking to folks in the neighborhood. The office is easy to find if you know the Colony. We've lived around here for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. It started as a small idea and now we just keep at it every day. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a site or making sure the filings are right. We don’t really do big ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just dropping by the house. It works for us. We keep things straightforward. If you come by, you'll probably see Baleshwar or one of the others just handling the daily tasks. It’s not a corporate vibe. We’re just local people doing this work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it’s peaceful. We like the balance. We just try to get the jobs done right without making a big fuss about it. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on.
