We set up shop on Harmu Road, right across from the Devi Mandap. It's a busy corner here at Kishoreganj Chowk, so there's always plenty to see out the window. People often drop by while they are on their way to the temple or just passing through the junction. We handle a lot of local travel requests. It isn't a massive operation, just a few of us working out of this space. We try to keep the chairs clean for anyone waiting. Usually, it's about finding a bus or a car for someone. The traffic noise is a constant thing here, but we've gotten used to it over time. We aren't trying to be some big corporate agency. We're just a local business in Ranchi doing what we know. Sometimes we get people coming in who are a bit stressed about their trips, so we just try to get their tickets sorted without making things more complicated. It’s a practical setup. We have the usual office stuff, a few maps maybe, and the ticket printer. If you're near Kishoreganj, you’ve probably seen our place. It’s nothing fancy, just a room where we get travel things organized. We like being in this part of town because everyone knows the landmark near the mandap. It makes it easy for folks to find us without needing a map. We just focus on getting people on their way without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk.
