We are based in Piska Main Village, which is part of the Ratu Tehsil in Ranchi district. If you’re coming our way, just look for the big water tank. That’s the easiest landmark around here. Our business is quite simple. We handle cement for the local area. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been in this spot for a long time. The village is small, so everyone knows where we are. We aren't a big company with lots of departments. It’s just a few of us working out of a small building. We spend most of our time talking to neighbors and people from the nearby tehsils who need supplies for their houses. The roads around here can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we still manage to keep things moving. We don't use any fancy systems. We keep our records in notebooks and try to stay on top of what’s in stock. It’s a quiet life in Piska. We like being part of the village community. Sometimes we sit outside by the water tank when it’s hot. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just hope that if someone needs cement, they remember we’re right here. It’s practical work. We don’t overthink it. Every day is pretty much the same, and we’re fine with that. It’s just how a small village business works. We’ve seen many kids grow up here and start building their own homes now.
