We've been at Deepa Dipatoli for a while now. It's right behind the cold storage. It's a quiet spot but easy to find once you know the landmark. We mostly deal with getting medicines to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic is bad near the cold storage, especially when trucks are loading up, but we manage. My brother and I started this because there wasn't much around here. We spend most of our days checking boxes and making sure the stock is right. It gets dusty in the summer, but the building stays fairly cool. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. People stop by asking for specific things, and we try to help out. We aren't a big fancy office. It’s just a place where we do our business every day. Most of the people around here know us by name. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the shelves, but we know where everything is kept. If someone calls, we usually answer unless we are busy moving crates. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a shipment comes in at a weird time. It’s just how it goes in the pharma trade. We focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss. That's about it.
