You can find Aesthetics Boutique & Beauty Salon & Spa on the first floor of the Gopal Complex. We are right on Kutchery Road in Ranchi, not far from Shahid Chawk. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us a bit away from the direct noise of the street. It’s a busy building with lots of different shops inside. Our place is split between the boutique side and the salon area. We have mirrors everywhere and the smell of hair products and fabrics is always present. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve tucked in everything we need. The windows look out over Kutchery Road, and sometimes we just watch the traffic during quiet moments. It gets very busy on weekends when people have more time to come in. We don't have any fancy marketing people; we just handle the appointments and the customers ourselves. Sometimes the lights flicker when the building’s power acts up, but we just carry on. Ranchi is a growing city, and Shahid Chawk is always a hub of activity. Being right in the middle of it means we see all sorts of people. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the hair cutting and fabric scraps, there’s always something to sweep up. It’s a friendly environment where we know many of our regulars by name. We often share some snacks during the afternoon break when things are less hectic.
