Achievers Architect & Engineer

We operate out of Ranchi, specifically in the 835301 area. It’s a bit of a mix here, with us doing both the architectural side and the engineering side of things. It keeps us on our toes every day. We don't have a flashy office in the middle of a big mall. We’re just a local outfit trying to help people get their buildings standing. A lot of folks in the district come to us when they’re starting a new project. We spend a lot of time looking at structural details and making sure the math adds up. It isn't always exciting work, but it’s important. We have stacks of blueprints all over the place and our computers are always running. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time with our calculators than anything else. Ranchi is growing fast, and there’s always something new being built around the corner. We try to keep up with it all. We don't go around calling ourselves the best or anything like that. We just do our jobs and hope the buildings turn out okay for the owners. Most of our clients are just regular people from around here who want to build a house or a small shop. We talk to them plainly and explain how the engineering part works without using too much technical jargon. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the construction scene in this part of India.
