Access Con

Down here on Balihar Road in Morabadi, we’ve got Access Con set up. It’s right near the Jharkhand Welfare Office, so most people find us pretty easily once they get into this part of town. We spend a lot of our time dealing with concrete and construction basics. It is a loud job most days and there is always something that needs fixing or moving around the yard. I wouldn't say it's the cleanest work, but it's what we know how to do. We get all sorts of people coming through, from guys building their first house to workers who have been on sites for decades. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the materials where they need to go. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather doesn't play nice, which can be a real headache, but we manage to get through it. Most of us here have been doing this for a long time, so we don't really need a manual to tell us how to handle the supplies. It’s just about showing up every morning and making sure the inventory is where it should be. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a steady place in Morabadi where you can get what you need without a whole lot of fuss or talking. It's a plain business for plain people who just want to get their work done.
