Aadhya Technology

Aadhya Technology is based out of Flat No 4 in the Om Shanti Apartment, which is inside the Occ Compound here in Ranchi. It’s more of a home-office vibe than a retail store. We like it because it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main commercial street. You have to come into the compound and find the right building, which isn't too hard once you know the way. The apartment is small, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. We spend most of our time at our desks. There’s no big sign out front or anything like that. We mostly work with people who already know where we are or find us through word of mouth. Ranchi has been a good place for us to set up. Inside the flat, it’s mostly just computers, cables, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don’t have a formal dress code or scheduled meetings that last for hours. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a deadline breathing down our necks. We’ve stayed in the Om Shanti Apartment because it feels right for the way we like to work. It’s simple, honest, and we don’t have to deal with the overhead of a fancy downtown office. That's just the way we prefer to do things around here in Ranchi, keeping it low-key and practical.
