Ismt Limited

Down here in Jharkhand, we are located at the Rajrappa Project. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, coming via Ramgarh Cantt. We are in Quarter No 2B/02. Mr. U S P Singh is the one who usually takes care of the place. It’s a mining area, so there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving around. The surroundings are very industrial and rugged. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in the big metros. We have what we need to keep Ismt Limited running. The power goes out sometimes, especially when the weather gets bad, but we have a backup. Most of the people around here work for the project, so it’s a tight-knit community. You get used to the sounds of the machinery after a few days. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s just a plain room where we handle our business and keep our files. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the winters are surprisingly chilly out here. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. The walk to the post office isn't too far, which is good because we still rely on physical mail for a lot of things. It’s a humble spot, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and work. If you ever find yourself in Hazaribagh district, you’ll see it’s a different kind of life out here than in the cities.
