If you are looking for us, we are at House No 26 in Ram Nagar. We are situated right near PMJ College in Chandwa. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the college. Our place is more like a home-based office where we run Ojha Agrotech. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a small team just trying to handle the agrotech side of things here in Chandwa. The house is usually busy with people coming in and out, mostly folks from the nearby villages or students from the college occasionally asking for directions. We’ve set up our workspace in a way that’s functional but definitely not polished. There are stacks of files and sometimes samples of what we are working on sitting on the tables. We don’t use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. If someone comes by, we just have a seat and discuss what they need. It’s a very local way of doing things. Being near the college means it’s relatively easy to find, though the road can get a bit crowded during school hours. We focus on the practical side of agriculture technology, trying to make things work with what we have available. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just open up in the morning, see what the day brings, and try to get through our list of tasks. It’s been our base for a while now and we’re used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
