If you are heading toward the Govt. Secondary School in Dhoinda, you will find Rajesh Trading right nearby. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the school is. We opened this place to provide locals with a variety of goods without them having to travel too far. Our shop doesn't look like much from the road, but we carry a bit of everything inside. On school days, the area is very lively with kids and parents moving about. We get a lot of people dropping in just to see what’s new or to pick up something they forgot. The shop can be a bit cramped because we try to stock so many different items on the shelves. We don’t have a big team of employees; it’s mostly just family members taking turns behind the counter. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. We don’t use any complicated business jargon or try to act like we’re a huge enterprise. We’re just a local trading shop trying to be useful to the people of Dhoinda. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it's quiet and just watch the traffic go by. It’s a good place to work, and we’ve made a lot of friends over the years just by being here. We don’t have a website, so people just come by when they need something.
