Arihant Traders

Our office is on the second floor of the Neelkanth Plaza Building, right at Mukherjee Chowk in Kankroli. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while now. Unlike some of the bigger yards, being on the second floor means we do more of the trading and paperwork side of things here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who climb the stairs to see us. It’s a bit of a walk up, but most people don't mind. We deal with various materials and traders in the region. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it’s in a location everyone knows. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a couple of rooms with desks, samples, and a lot of files. We try to keep things simple. If a customer wants something we don't have on hand, we get on the phone to find it. Mukherjee Chowk is the heart of the area, so we get a lot of news and gossip from the street. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't use any fancy management systems, just our experience and the relationships we’ve built over the years. It’s a straightforward way to work. We show up, handle the trades, and go home. That’s pretty much the story of Arihant Traders.
