We operate out of the Panchnath Commercial Centre, located right in Harihar Chowk. It’s a very busy part of Rajkot. We are directly opposite Poonam Courier, so there are always people and delivery bikes moving around outside our door. The commercial center is a hub for many small businesses. Our space is usually full of boxes and packing tape. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical products, so keeping things sorted is the biggest part of our job. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity; we are just a local distributor making sure the nearby shops have what they need. The office is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We spend our mornings sorting through the new arrivals and our afternoons getting everything ready for the next day. Harihar Chowk is a great spot because everyone knows it, though parking can be a real headache. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here and people know they can find us in the Panchnath building. Sometimes we stop for tea at the stall nearby when things get a bit too hectic. It is just a normal day-to-day business. We try to be accurate with our counts and keep the paperwork in order. The building is old but sturdy, and it serves us well for what we do.
