Orchev Pharma is right on Gondal Road in Rajkot. The building is known as Rangoli. If you know Rajkot, you know this road stays busy almost all day long. We’ve been operating from 360002 for a good while now. It’s not a huge skyscraper, just a practical place where we get our work done. Most of the staff lives nearby, so they walk or take bikes. In the mornings, there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but once you step into the facility, it gets much quieter. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical tasks here. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and people moving around with clipboards. It isn't a flashy office with glass walls; it's more about the labs and the packing areas. We have a small space for lunch where everyone catches up on news. The weather in Rajkot can get really hot in the summer, so the cooling systems are always running. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most people in the local trade know where we are. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the quality where it needs to be. It’s a steady kind of life. Some days are long, especially when new batches are starting. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the labels are right and the storage is cool enough.
