We are located right here in Karanpara, just behind the main bus stand in Rajkot. It’s a busy spot, especially being opposite Hotel Samrat. Our building at number 37 is where we handle all the distribution work. Most days start early with boxes coming in and going out. It is a bit crowded around here because of the buses and people moving through Karanpara all the time. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get deliveries out quickly, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy. It is just a place where we keep the stock organized and handle the orders that come in from local shops. We have been in this part of Rajkot for a while now. The staff knows the area well. We spend most of our time checking expiry dates and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. It gets dusty being so close to the road. Sometimes the phone rings too much, and other times it is quiet. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly know us because they see our vans or they have been coming to this address for years. It is just a regular pharmacy distribution business. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the shelves stacked as best as we can. Being near the bus stand helps people find us easily if they are coming from outside the city. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the boxes where they need to go.
