Lalan Star Exporter

Our office is in room 101 of the Fortune Square Complex. We are located right near the Bank of India at Kotecha Chowk, which is on University Road. It’s a very busy part of the city and there is always noise from the traffic outside. We have been running Lalan Star Exporter from this spot for quite a few years now. We mainly handle the exporting side of things for local clients. The office is usually a bit of a mess because of all the folders and shipping documents we have to keep handy. We have a few computers and a printer that seems to jam every time we are in a hurry. It is just me and two assistants working here most of the time. We spend the bulk of our day on the phone with shipping agents and customs officials. It isn't always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We’ve grown used to the constant honking on University Road. We take things as they come and try to stay calm. If a customer needs something done differently, we see if we can manage it. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a coffee machine for guests. Just a simple bench and some water if you're thirsty while you wait for us.
