Ultimate Confectionery Company

If you walk down towards 5-B in Maninagar, you’ll find us easily enough. Ultimate Confectionery Company is tucked into the Mavdi Plot area, which stays pretty active all day long. It isn't a massive factory, just our regular workspace where we spend most of our hours. Some days the air around here smells like sugar and other days it is just the usual smell of the neighborhood. We don’t really have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. Most of us are just wearing our work clothes and keeping an eye on the machines or the stock. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing into the lane because it gets narrow with all the parked scooters. We’ve had to ask the neighbors to move their bikes more times than I can count. It is a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when a big order is ready to go out, but we make it work. The floors aren't always sparkling and the paint might be peeling a bit near the back door, but the equipment runs fine. We usually take our breaks out front where there is a little bit of shade. It’s just a normal workplace in a normal part of town. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the locals know us by now. It’s nothing fancy, just where we do our thing.
