Twinkle Import & Export U Ltd. is tucked away in Gyanjivan Society. We are at Piyush No. 3, which is right behind Ami Park on Raiya Road. It’s more of a quiet area compared to the main commercial streets, which we actually prefer. It feels more like a community here. We started this business because we saw a way to help move products in and out, and it’s grown slowly from there. We don't have a huge staff or a flashy showroom. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We spend our time talking to suppliers and trying to coordinate the routes for shipping. Sometimes it’s a bit of a puzzle, but we enjoy figuring it out. The neighbors are nice, and it’s a decent place to work from. We aren't really looking to move to a big office park anytime soon. This spot on Raiya Road has been good to us. We handle the paperwork and the follow-ups ourselves. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. If there’s an issue, we’re the ones who fix it. We just try to do a solid job every day and keep our heads down. It’s not complicated, just steady work that keeps us going. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes with importing and exporting. We don't need much more than that.
