Our office is up on the second floor of Golden Space, which sits right on Sardar Nagar Main Road. If you know the area, we’re directly opposite ABC Medical. It’s a handy landmark for people trying to find us. Being on the main road means there’s always something happening outside. We hear the traffic all day, but it’s just part of the background now. Inside room 201, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and out of the country. It takes a lot of coordination, so we spend most of our time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just try to get the containers moved and the customs stuff sorted without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it, which is just how this business goes. We like being in Sardar Nagar because it’s easy for people to reach us. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab snacks from the local stalls nearby. It’s a regular workplace with regular people. We’ve been at this for a while and don’t plan on changing how we operate.
