Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens. Karanpara is a busy neighborhood with a lot of commercial energy. We handle impex work, which means our day is a mix of local logistics and international communication. The office is simple—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the staff, making sure the orders are processed and the suppliers are paid on time. Hotel Samrat is a good landmark for people coming to see us for the first time.
