Tulsi Cottex & Oil Industries

Out here in Village Lodhika, things move at a bit of a different pace than in the main city of Rajkot. Our place, Tulsi Cottex & Oil Industries, is right in the thick of it, not too far from the Mundka Industrial Area. If you’re looking for us, you’ll find the site near the post office. It’s a practical setup we’ve got going, mostly focused on the processing side of things. The yard is usually full of activity, especially when the trucks are coming in or heading out. There is always that distinct smell of oil and cotton in the air, which we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. It isn’t the cleanest work, and our boots usually have a layer of dust on them by lunch, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves and keep the machines running as best as we can. Sometimes things break down or the power goes out, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Being in Tehsil Lodhika means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't interested in being some big corporate giant; we just want to get the day’s production done and make sure everyone gets home on time. It’s a simple life out here, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
