Youplus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based over at Krishna Conarch-2 on Tagore Road. We’re in suite 204 on the second floor. It’s a standard office building, and the traffic on Tagore Road can be a real pain during the morning rush. We’re a small tech team. We do a lot of coding and web development. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and drinking too much coffee. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us sitting at our desks. The office is pretty basic. We have some whiteboards covered in scribbles and a small corner for making tea. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most days we’re just in jeans and t-shirts because it’s easier to work that way. Sometimes the elevator in the building breaks down and we have to climb the stairs, which isn't fun in the heat. We don't have a receptionist to greet people. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to see what they need. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or marketing plans. We just take on projects and try to get them done right. It’s a quiet place to work, except for the sound of the traffic outside. We like being in this part of town because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby.
