Suriya Tea

Suriya Tea operates out of an apartment on Ghanshyam Nagar Main Road. We are situated right on Kalavad Road, tucked behind the Crystal Mall area. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Since we work out of an apartment, it’s not your typical storefront. It’s a bit more personal and low-key. We handle a lot of our orders right from here. You won't find a big reception desk or people in uniforms. It’s just a few of us surrounded by boxes and the smell of tea. Being behind the mall means it's easy to find us, but we stay away from the main rush of the shopping crowds. Our day usually starts with checking what needs to go out and making sure the inventory is right. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just figured out how to do things over time by actually doing them. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded with our stock, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We like being on Ghanshyam Nagar Main Road because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to get to us. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere; we’re just focusing on this one spot and making sure we do things properly. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it’s our space and it works for what we do.
