If you are walking down New Jagnath Road in Rajkot, you will eventually come across our small shop. We are located right on the corner of Kld Road. This is a very busy intersection with many other small businesses nearby. We primarily sell cold bottled drinks and drinking water. In a city like Rajkot, the heat can be very intense for most of the year. People are always stopping by because they are thirsty and need something cold. We have several large refrigerators that have to run all day and night to keep the stock chilled. We have to check on them constantly to make sure they are working right. If the electricity goes out for too long, it causes us a lot of stress. Most of our day is spent moving heavy crates of bottles and talking to the delivery drivers. The shop itself is not very large. It is mostly taken up by the cooling units and a small counter where we stand. There is no room for chairs or tables, so people just buy their drinks and continue on their way. My family has been running this spot for a long time. we do not have a huge variety of products. We just stock the things that people ask for most often. The noise from the street is something we have just grown used to over the years. We stay open until the traffic finally slows down at night.
