Sonic Engg. Works

Sonic Engg. Works is located at P-114 in the GIDC area of Metoda, Rajkot. If you know the industrial estate here, you know it’s a lot of similar looking buildings. We have been in this spot for a while now. The workshop stays pretty active from the early morning. We deal with various engineering tasks and usually, the floor is a mess of tools and parts being worked on. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy at all. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us for years. The air is always smelling like grease and cut metal. We drink a lot of tea while talking about the day's tasks. There is no air conditioning in the main area, just some big fans that move the hot air around during the summer months. We try to keep things organized but when things get busy, stuff piles up. Being in Rajkot means we are surrounded by other workshops, so if we need a specific tool or a bit of help, there is always someone nearby. It’s a tight-knit community of workers here. We just handle the mechanical work that people bring to us. We don't spend money on advertising, mostly people just know we are here at P-114. The gate stays open all day and we just get on with it until it's time to head home.
