Siddhapura Machine

Siddhapura Machine is based in Rajkot, specifically at C-1B/258 in the Aji GIDC, Phase-II. If you know the R-Road area, we’re right along there. Rajkot is famous for machines, and we’re just one of the many small shops trying to do good work in the industrial zone. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. There’s a lot of oil on the ground and the smell of cut metal in the air, but that’s just part of the job. Our machines have been with us for a long time, and we know how to fix them when they act up. It’s a family-type atmosphere here. We don’t have a boss in a suit; the person in charge is usually right there with grease on their hands like everyone else. We take on jobs from all over the district, and sometimes further out in Gujarat. The traffic in the GIDC can be a bit much during shift changes, so we try to time our deliveries for the early morning. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the machines we build or fix actually work when the customer takes them home. We have some old benches out front where we sit and talk during our breaks. It’s just a normal, hardworking place in Rajkot where people know our names and we know theirs. That’s enough for us to keep going every morning.
