We set up Slurp With Salad Private Limited in Rajkot, specifically over in Akshar Nagar - 2. If you know the area near Lakh Bunglow in Gandhigram, you’ve probably passed by us without realizing it. We are right opposite the Amrutdairy street in a building called Panchamrut. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic can get a bit much during the rush hours. We spend a lot of our time here just figuring out how to make salads that people actually want to eat. Rajkot gets really hot, so having something fresh and cool makes sense to us. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. Most days involve a lot of chopping, washing greens, and making sure the containers are sealed up tight before they go out. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. My hands are usually cold from the fridge or smelling like onions. We chose this spot because it’s close enough to the main parts of town but still tucked away enough that we can get our work done. Sometimes the neighbors from the other streets pop in to see what we are doing. We just try to keep things simple and local. There’s no big corporate office here, just a few of us working in the space, making sure the ingredients are ready for the day. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
