Shree Agro Process. We are out in Veraval Shapar on the H.I.D.C. Road. It’s right near the Swani Narayan School, so in the morning and afternoon, the whole road is full of school buses and kids in uniforms. Sometimes the noise from the playground carries over when our machines aren't running too loud. We do agricultural processing here. The main road is always busy with heavy vehicles because of the industrial zone. Our works office is basically just a couple of rooms attached to the main shed. It gets pretty hot inside during April and May, so we have these old ceiling fans that click while they spin. The smell of grain is everywhere. It’s a part of life you just get used to. I’ve been working here for about five years now, and the routine never really changes. We check the machines, talk to the farmers who bring their loads, and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. The office floor is concrete and has a few cracks, but it’s sturdy. There is a small temple inside the gate where we light a lamp every morning. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world, just processing what comes in and making sure it goes out right. Some days are long, especially during harvest, but we just push through until everything is sorted and ready. We just keep things moving at our own pace.
